• Primary plats require a Public Hearing, secondary plats do not.

• Planned Unit Development Districts required a Public Hearing for the initial review, secondary Planned Unit Development Districts do not.

• Special Exception requests must be heard by the Plan Commission prior to Public Hearing by the Board of Zoning Appeals.
