THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CIVIL CITY
OF NEW ALBANY, INDIANA, HELD A REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING
IN THE THIRD FLOOR ASSEMBLY ROOM OF THE CITY/COUNTY
BUILDING ON MONDAY, FEBRUARY, 1, 2010 AT 7:30 P.M.
The following order of business shall be observed by
the Common Council at its meetings:
(A) Invocation. To be given by ministers, if present
of different faiths ;
(B) Pledge of allegiance;
(C) Roll call
of members;
(D) Reading,
correcting and approval of the journal of the preceding
regular or special meeting;
(E)
Communications, in the following order:

(d) City Engineer.
(2)
